I have worked with CRM connections including Kylas. For your provider, we review its API or connector, plan limits and permissions. Other CRMs can be assessed; this is not a claim of official partnerships or certifications.
Verify receipt, not just clicks
We test that records and fields reach the CRM in an appropriate environment. We also define rejection, timeout and duplicate handling, and how the team can spot a delivery problem.

Send its name, account plan and required workflow. I assess its documented API or supported connector before confirming scope.
Does the website need WordPress?
No. React, Next.js, Angular and PHP forms can connect through a suitable backend or supported connector too.
Will you migrate existing customer records?
Migration is a separate scope from connecting new enquiries. Access, cleanup, field mapping and handling personal data must be agreed first.
