Working remotely with clients worldwide
Connect the steps your team keeps repeating.
A useful automation starts with a process your team can explain. I can help connect forms, CRMs, documents and other supported tools, with AI used for tasks such as classification or drafting where it adds value. Fixed business rules can remain ordinary automation instead of becoming an AI decision.

There isn't a published case study for this specific service in my current portfolio. I won't present a concept illustration as completed client work. Send your requirements and we can discuss the approach and any relevant experience I can share.

- Process map with triggers, steps and owners
- Connections to supported business tools and APIs
- AI classification or drafting where appropriate
- Review gates, duplicate handling and failure paths
- Workflow documentation and agreed monitoring setup
We agree on the deliverables, timeline and price before development starts.
Map the ordinary path and the exceptions
We follow a record from its trigger to the final destination. Missing fields, repeat submissions and unavailable systems need an agreed response too. A process map keeps the automation tied to your real operations.
Use AI only where it helps
A required field check does not need a model. Sorting an enquiry or preparing a summary might. We compare custom code with supported workflow tools, considering hosting, account access, ongoing costs and who will maintain the flow.
Keep people in control
We define the steps that can run automatically and those needing review. A retry must not create another order or send the same message repeatedly. Logging, recovery and ownership are included in the scope discussion.
Before we start
What workflows can be assessed?
Examples include form-to-CRM routing, document summaries, internal notifications and draft preparation. Feasibility depends on the tools, permissions and business rules.
Does every workflow need AI?
No. Predictable rules often work better as ordinary automation. We add AI only for an agreed task and test whether its output is useful.
Can this use our existing workflow platform?
I can review its connectors, API and current setup before confirming scope. Platform licenses and running costs remain under your business's control.
