Measure before changing the stack
Hosting is sometimes the problem, but so are oversized images, expensive queries and scripts. I start with the reported issue and available measurements, then narrow down the cause. This avoids replacing tools without knowing what they contribute.
Make changes in a controlled environment
Updates and repairs should have a recovery path. Before touching a live site, we should agree on backups, staging access and the test plan. A shop or lead-generation site needs checks of the important journeys after a change.

No. I can investigate and improve the agreed issues, but third-party tools, hosting and the site's features influence the result. Real visitor experience matters as well as a lab score.
Do you need hosting access?
Often, yes, along with WordPress access and a safe backup or staging environment. I'll explain which permissions are needed for the specific job.
Can you maintain a site someone else built?
Yes, after reviewing the setup. The existing code, plugins and hosting determine the support scope and any initial cleanup needed.
